Verti Draining

Soil compaction is one of the biggest problems in sports pitches, over long periods of play all surfaces will become compacted resulting in the area becoming water logged and unplayable. The answer to this problem is verti-draining which de-compacts and aerates all in one pass, even in the hardest conditions with very little disturbance allowing play to commence immediately afterwards.

Our machine also incorporates an important feature which is a heave mechanism while in operation. The added benefits of verti-draining include preventing run-off and surface water lying, facilitates quick drying of turf to extend playing time, vastly improves root development giving a good soil structure with a level playing surface. Verti-draining pitches should be repeated under an annual maintenance programme, as an effective aeration programme is key in keeping a sports surface in a playable condition.
